Career:
- South Florida-based most of the season, Ritvo began splitting his winter string between Gulfstream and Aqueduct in 2007 and won two stakes at the Big A last year with Dance Gal Dance
- He won his first training title at the 2005 Calder summer meet
- He had his best Gulfstream stand in 2002, ranking fifth with 16 wins
- Best horse to date has been Lord Juban, a multiple stakes winner at Calder and the runner-up in Gulfstream’s 2002 Palm Beach Stakes
- Other top training successes came with 1999 Tropical Derby winner Valid Reprized and Sweet Jab
- Started training as an assistant to wife Kathy and as a team they captured the 1994 Calder Breeders’ Cup Handicap with Liberada
