Career: Veteran trainer on the New Jersey-Florida circuit is a two-time leading trainer at Monmouth Park and perennially among the best at Gulfstream. 
He won the 2004 Sunshine Millions Filly and Mare Sprint when Mooji Moo upset a strong field at 17-1. 
Hills was top trainer at the Monmouth in 2002 and 2004 and was runner-up in Monmouth trainer’s standings in both 2001 and 2003. 
He campaigned stakes winners Open Skies, Our Friend Harvey, Joe’s Son Joey, Rideouts Patton, Wish It Were, Cousin Gigi, Kissin Jeb, Stormy Roman, Trueamericanspirit, Toll Taker and Sans the Shadow.
