Press ALT +T to open the Tools Menu
Go to Compatibility View Settings
Add gulfstreampark.com to the list of sites to be viewed in Compatibility View
Now the pdf's should load immediately
3: Fix Internet Explorer PDF Browser Issues
  1. In Reader or Acrobat, right-click the document window, and select Page Display Preferences.
  2. From the list at left, select Internet.
  3. Deselect Display PDF In Browser, and then click OK.
  4. Choose Edit > Preferences > Internet, select Display PDF In Browser, and then click OK.
  5. Try to download the PDF again from the website.
