Gulfstream, Santa Anita, Aqueduct Team Saturday for Cross-Country Pick 4

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Gulfstream Park, which will host a 12-race program featuring the $350,000 Holy Bull (G2) and four other graded stakes for 3-year-olds Saturday, will also team with Santa Anita Park and Aqueduct Racetrack Saturday for a Cross Country Pick 4
Cross Country Pick 4 will feature two races from Gulfstream Park, one race from Santa Anita Park and one race from Aqueduct Racetrack. 

The Pick 4 sequence will start with Race 9 at Aqueduct, a maiden claiming race with a scheduled post time of 5:05 p.m. EST. It will be followed by the Dania Beach (G3), carded as Race 11 at Gulfstream. The final two legs will be key Triple Crown prep races, starting with the Robert B. Lewis (G3) as Race 5 at Santa Anita and the Holy Bull at Gulfstream. 

The minimum bet for the multi-track, multi-race wager will be 50 cents. Wagering on the Cross Country Pick 4 is available on-track and at simulcast facilities across the country.

Saturday’s Late Pick 4, Late Pick 5, Rainbow 6 Offer Guaranteed Pools

Saturday’s program at Gulfstream Park will also offer guaranteed pools for the Late Pick 4, Late Pick 5 and Rainbow 6.

The Late Pick 4 (Races 9-12) will offer a guaranteed pool of $500,000. The Late Pick 5 (Races 8-12) will offer a guaranteed pool of $250,000, while a $200,000 guaranteed pool will be offered for the Rainbow 6 (Races 7-12), if the 20-cent multi-race wager goes unsolved Friday.

Who’s Hot: Nik Juarez rode back-to-back winners, scoring aboard Majestic Kindness ($5.40) in the Race 4 and Dream Are Free ($4.60) in the Race 5. Irad Ortiz Jr. had three winners aboard Uncle Mace ($3.80) in Race 3, Seattle Treasure ($) in the Race 8 and Harlan’s Quest ($7.80)  in the 11th.
