HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Twenty cents could reward someone with more than $1 million Saturday at Gulfstream Park as the Rainbow 6 continues to grow with a $921,658.89 carryover.

For the 23rd consecutive racing program Friday, there was no single winning ticket in the Rainbow 6. Multiple tickets with six winners returned $6,817.72.

Post time for Saturday’s first of 12 races is 12:45 p.m.

The Rainbow 6 will begin with the seventh race, a maiden special weight event for 2-year-olds going 4 ½ furlongs. Saturday’s featured event will be the $100,000 Big Drama at seven furlongs for Florida-breds, and the race has drawn a field of 10 including six stakes winners. Track hosts and analysts Jason Blewitt and Ron Nicoletti talk about their selections in the featured race as well as the fourth race in the Rainbow 6 sequence.

Saturday’s program will also feature a $3,402.12 carryover in the Super Hi 5.

The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
