Gulfstream Appoints Iron Chef and Reality Star Ralph Pagano Executive Chef
HALLANDALEBEACH, Fl – Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino announced today the appointment of Ralph Pagano as executive chef of Ten Palms Restaurant and all its concession stands.
Pagano comes to Gulfstream after serving as executive chef at STK Miami in South Beach. His culinary skills have earned him appearances alongside Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America and Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. He also hosted Pressure Cook on the Mojo Network and is featured weekly on the top-rated Paul & Young Ron Morning Show on 105.9 FM and on Ralph Pagano’s Happy Hour on NBC Miami.
Pagano has also drawn praise with his executive chef roles at New York City’s West Broadway Restaurant, Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, and as owner and chef of The World Pie Restaurant Group.
A native of New York, Pagano will also supervise and oversee all private parties and events at Gulfstream.
