Gulfstream Launches Fountain Club Restaurant
Chef Pagano’s Menu to Feature Blue Crab, Lobster and Tuna Nachos
HALLANDALE BEACH, FL. – Gulfstream Park and Chef Ralph Pagano will unveil the Fountain Club beginning Friday at 5 p.m. and will remain open Wednesday through Saturday Nights at 5PM through June. Click Here To View The Menu
Open for a limited number of weekends, the Fountain Club will feature a combination of New England, Maryland and Florida seafood surrounded by Gulfstream’s signature colored fountains.
Gulfstream’s Chef Pagano, host of the Travel Channel’s Pressure Cook, has designed a menu featuring a Maine Lobster Bake, Steamed Blue Crabs, Florida Red Snapper and Hawaiian Tuna Nachos along with New York Strip and Filet Mignon. The Fountain Club will also offer guests fresh Florida Stone Crabs, a raw bar, salads and starters.
“The Fountain Club will be Gulfstream’s dining version of a rave,” Pagano said. “For a limited time beginning this weekend we’re going to transform the walking ring into a supper club with the finest seafood from Maine to the Florida Keys. We’re going to eat and drink well and stay open as long as we want each evening, but the Fountain Club will only be open for a limited amount of time.”
