HALLANDALE BEACH, FL - When D'wonder Boyd, a 25-1 longshot, won Gulfstream Park's eighth and final race Sunday, it meant one lucky bettor in Lewiston, Maine had hit the 20-cent Rainbow 6 for $219,761.86.
Contested over a sloppy track, D'wonder Boyd broke his maiden in his sixth attempt and returned $54.20. The winning numbers in the Rainbow 6 were 3-11-1-9-3-5. The winning ticket, which cost $2,100, was:
The Rainbow 6 is paid out if a bettor has the only ticket with the winners of the day's final six races. The unique wager was previously hit last on May 25 by a Palm Beach bettor for $6.6 million. A mandatory payout on May 26 produced a $12,798.04 payoff with multiple winners.
There will be another mandatory payout on Sunday, June 29.

Yates, Dorochenko Saddle Juvenile Winners
Trainer Michael Yates saddled Tizcano to an easy 6 1/2 length victory in the third race. A Kentucky-bred son of Tiznow, Tizcano covered 4 1/2 furlongs in :51.52. Later in the afternoon, Artistic Touch defeated stablemate Ryabinka to win the seventh race, covering 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:06.84. Artistic Touch is a Kentucky-bred son of Artie Schiller.
Who's Hot: Leading rider Edgard Zayas continued his winning ways, visiting the winner's circle aboard Sydney Rules ($2.20) in the first and R Girl She Gone ($2.60) in the fifth. Jockey Antioco Murgia also rode two winners in Bahia de Oro ($15) in the fourth and Artistic Touch ($27.40) in the seventh.
