Gulfstream Park's 10-cent Rainbow 6 was hit Friday afternoon for $41,813.78.
It was the second time in less than a week the 10-cent wager was hit. On Dec. 23, the Rainbow 6 was hit for $327,110.71.
The Rainbow 6 is paid out when there is only one unique ticket with all six winners. Friday's winning numbers were 7-4-9-3-7-4.
