Ride2Revive Benefit Tuesday at Gulfstream
Gulfstream Park will be the site Tuesday of Ride2Revive, a unique charity event founded by Brett and Brooke David of Prestige Imports for children with life-threatening diseases.
This will be the fourth time Gulfstream's northwest parking lot will be transformed into a fun, interactive center. Prestige Imports along with their customers and friends will bring exotic cars, including a Lamborghini and 1965 Army Jeep, to give children rides. There will also courtesy of DJ David, kosher food from Majestic Caterers, and gifts from Northwestern Mutuel.
The events at Gulfstream will begin at 3 p.m.
Metro Wrapz is also wrapping a Lamborghini in a clear, protective coating so the children will be able to draw on it with Sharpie markers.
Hallandale Beach Police and Fire & Rescue will escort the children to Gulfstream where they will begin their day with a demonstration by the S.W.A.T. and K9 units. They will also be able to explore fire trucks and police cars.
Brett and Brooke David founded the event in 2011 in an effort to give back to the community and MyWish4U.org and Kids vs. Cancer.
