Chef Pagano, Gulfstream’s executive chef who also happens to be a lifelong horse player and the popular television star of Iron Chef America, Hell’s Kitchen and Pressure Cook, will play host to one lucky couple in January by spending a day at the races with them at Gulfstream Park before taking them out on the town after the last race.
Chef Pagano has created the most exciting and adventurous culinary experience in Florida at Ten Palms American Kitchen and Stone Crab Parlor.
Overlooking beautiful Gulfstream Park and its world-class thoroughbred racing, which opens its 2011-2012 race meet Saturday, Dec. 3, Ten Palms American Kitchen and Stone Crab Parlor offers chef selected seafood, prime steaks, and starters from around the world.
Ten Palms’ menu features fresh Florida Stone Crabs, Graham Cracker Crusted Calamari, Strazzopretti and Carbonara, New England Lobster Roll, Cowboy Cut Rib Eye, Filet Mignon Braised Short Ribs, Louisiana Shrimp Downs, Crazy Sexy Tuna and Jerry Bailey’s 5892 Chicken Pot Pie. Chef Pagano’s Big Finish will include Linzer Torte, Crème Brulle, Joey Bag of Donuts and Chocolate Cup of Coffee.
